Look at the County Map above and determine where you want to start your new Florida life.
There are (67) individual Counties in Florida. Each County is it’s own separate jurisdiction. As such, rules and societal structures can vary greatly. Political party saturation exists on different levels County by County. The types of housing can vary, and so on.
So choose wisely, and don’t just jump on something because it’s inexpensive.
On the Search Map you will see where properties are located by an icon.

Some will have many, some a few. It just depends on how many parcels are available at the time you search.
Keep in mind that TheFloridaLandStore.com may not own the lands being listed. Any lands we own, or have an interest in, will be clearly identified as such.
Some land being offered may be someone with a contract to purchase on that parcel and is offering it to you as if they were the direct seller. You can, and should, ask them if they are selling a contract to purchase or are the direct owner themselves. If they are selling the contract, it is perfectly legal, but they need to disclose that to you immediately, especially if you ask.
Look up the property appraisers public records to find out who is the legal owner as declared in those records. Names don’t match, ask questions.
Because individual owner/sellers are listing their lands as well, we simply can not warrant that the data they have submitted is 100% accurate. We will do our best to filter out the obvious errors, but ultimately it is the Buyers responsibility to ensure that what you think you are buying is real or not.
We have another section here that will list all the property appraiser website addresses. We are not teaching you how to use each site here, at least not right now.
